Veezu, the UK’s largest and fastest-growing private hire taxi technology business, has renewed its partnership with the Cardiff Devils as their official ride partner for the 2024-25 ice hockey season.
As part of this ongoing collaboration, Veezu will offer Cardiff Devils fans safe and reliable travel to and from the Vindico Arena. A designated Veezu pick-up and drop-off point will be available for fans, making access to games easier and more convenient.
This renewed sponsorship is one of several community initiatives that Veezu has championed in Cardiff. In recent months, Veezu has sponsored the launch of Aura restaurant, supported Pontprennau Pumas RFC, and provided free rides to the community through its Tesla Taxi campaign.
With a stadium capacity of 3,100, the Cardiff Devils’ games draw a passionate crowd, and Veezu said it was excited to help fans get to matches with ease.
Todd Kelman, Managing Director of the Cardiff Devils, said:
“It’s great to be able to provide fans with a seamless transport experience to and from the game. With the designated Veezu pick-up point, we can ensure fans travel to matches safely.”
Barry Jenkins, Marketing Director at Veezu, added:
“We’re thrilled to partner with the Cardiff Devils for the second consecutive year. The Devils are a cornerstone of the Cardiff community, and we understand how much their success means to their dedicated fans. We’re excited to help supporters connect more easily with their favourite team and proud to continue serving as their official ride partner.”
