INRIX reports: “A55 Conwy Tunnel Westbound closed, long delays due to earlier vehicle fire from J18 / A546 (Conwy / Llandudno Junction) to J17 A547 (Conwy Morfa). Congestion to J20 (Colwyn Bay). Surrounding routes around Llandudno Junction are also heavily congested, including the A546 and A547 Conwy Road as traffic seeks an alternative. The Conwy Tunnel has been fully closed to assist.”

The fire is now out and the vehicle has been removed from the carriageway.
