Procurement software specialist Atamis is the latest business to take space at the 13-storey South Gate House office building in Cardiff city centre.
It has leased a 4,300 sq ft office suite on the Fourth Floor West of the 90,000 sq ft multi tenanted building in Wood Street on a new five-year lease, more than doubling its occupation.
The landlord was advised in the transaction by property consultancy Knight Frank.
Atamis was founded in 2009 as a Spend Analysis software provider and now provides end to end procurement solutions to more than 300 clients across the public, private and third sectors in the UK and beyond.

Property consultancies Knight Frank, Savills and EJ Hales are joint letting agents for South Gate House.
