Joan Rossington, owner of Boppers, said: “Regretfully, after 45 years of trading, we will be shutting our doors by the end of October 2024.

“After several years of trying to sell the business, we have been unsuccessful at securing a sale to ensure Boppers Ltd could continue to stock school wear in the local area.

“It has been my pleasure to serve the local community over the last 25 years, but it is now time to retire and move closer to my family.

“Thank you for your support over the last 25 years.”

Boppers also stocks shoes, sports accessories, stationery and other accessories relating to school wear.

It has supplied uniform for all of the schools in Conwy and the surrounding area.
