Liam Slater brings over a decade of experience in the real estate and surveying industry, with a proven track record in property transactions, client relations and business development. In his new role as Agency Director, Liam will be responsible for overseeing the agency team, but also driving business growth within South East Wales, and ensuring the highest standards of service for all clients. His extensive knowledge and contacts within the Cardiff market and his dedication to client success, make him the ideal fit to lead this critical area within the business.

Martyn Jones joins RJ Chartered Surveyors as Valuation Director, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in commercial property valuations and strategic advisory services. Martyn has a successful career within the commercial property market spanning twenty-seven years, during which time he has established himself as a trusted advisor to a broad range of clients across South & West Wales across a wide range of different property sectors. As Valuation Director, Martyn will play a key role in guiding the firm’s strategic direction and expanding its service offerings to a variety of funding sources and private clients.
