Principality Building Society announces the appointment of Karen Maguire to its Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Karen is highly experienced and respected within Wales’ financial services industry and has served at a senior level across established organisations including KPMG, FTSE100 Admiral Group Plc, Confused.com and ZPG (owner of Zoopla, Uswitch and Confused.com). Predominantly, she specialises in Audit, Finance and Risk and is a chartered accountant.
Karen’s career has centred around Finance and Risk Management within the retail financial services industry. Using this experience, she has additionally held Board appointments across Cardiff Capital Region Business Council, Audit, Compliance & Risk Committees and Clifton College Group.
