North Wales pupils win poster competition

The contest was part of an initiative led by the Welsh Mountain Zoo, in partnership with Voel Coaches.

The pupils’ poster featured innovative ideas about transforming a Voel Coach into an eco-friendly travel vehicle using sustainable technologies and materials.

The winning poster (Image: Supplied) To celebrate their victory, the students, along with representatives from Voel Coaches, visited the Welsh Mountain Zoo to present a £200 cheque donated by the transport company.

“We love the winning design and we look forward to showcasing the poster across the Zoo as part of our ongoing campaign to help raise awareness of these critical environmental issues.”
