A regional law firm has launched a new mediation service designed to offer businesses and individuals a more efficient, cost-effective, and amicable approach to resolving disputes.
The mediation service at Newport-based RDP Law is spearheaded by experienced litigation solicitor and mediator Sarah Porter. It aims to provides an alternative to traditional litigation, focusing on collaboration and mutual agreement between parties.
The firm says the service is suitable for all types of disputes, including commercial disputes, employment issues, property conflicts and family law matters.
