Law Firm Achieves Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme Accreditation

Date:

A regional law firm has attained the Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS) accreditation, awarded by the Law Society.

JNP Legal, which has offices in Merthyr Tydfil, Pontyclun, Cardiff and Nelson, said its achievement made it one of the few in South Wales to hold the recognition for best practices in wills and estate administration.

“We are incredibly proud of securing the WIQS accreditation,” said Rachael McCarthy Jones, Associate Solicitor at JNP Legal. “This recognition is a reflection of our team’s dedication to providing exceptional service and ensuring that our clients’ best interests are always at the forefront of everything we do.”

The WIQS client charter provides clear expectations for clients, ensuring they receive expert, reliable advice delivered with professionalism. It is renewed annually.

Rebecca Rees, Director at JNP Legal, added:

“Achieving WIQS accreditation is a proud milestone for our firm. It highlights our leadership in the field and reinforces our commitment to delivering the highest quality legal services. We will continue to build on this achievement, ensuring that every client receives the expert guidance they deserve.”
