Independent Opticians Decure Two Positions Amongst ‘Three Best Rated’

An independent opticians have been declared one of the three best rated opticians in both Cardiff and Newport, receiving recognition for their expertise and high standards of customer service.

Julian Davies Opticians, originally established in 1992 in Newport, has seen significant growth since 2023, increasing to seven practices and saving jobs in the process.

More recently, the team at Julian Davies Opticians have been declared amongst the three best opticians in both Cardiff and Newport by multi-national ranking website, Three Best Rated.

Created in 2014, Three Best Rated aim to provide the local public with the top three tradesmen, professionals, restaurants and healthcare providers across the UK, according to their 50-point inspection.

The inspection delves into the standards of 10 different aspects of the business, including the business’ history and team’s experience, the standard of services on offer, their online presence and reviews from patients.

Earlier this year, Julian Davies Opticians’ Cardiff location, situated on Merthyr Road in Whitchurch, underwent an extensive refurbishment as they joined forces with another independent on the same road.

Julian Davies Opticians have also heavily invested in their team over the past year with regular ‘away days’ allowing team members to partake in training, celebrate their successes and push personal development.
