Housing Association Welcomes New Director to Corporate Leadership Team

Cardiff Community Housing Association (CCHA) has announced the appointment of Kirsty Ellis as Corporate Director of Housing and Communities.

In her new position, Kirsty will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Housing and Communities Directorate, ensuring that teams deliver their priorities and align with the organisation’s corporate plan and values.

Brian Pickett, Chief Executive at CCHA said:

“I am delighted to welcome Kirsty aboard. She completes a new look Corporate Leadership Team to take CCHA into its next phase. She joins with a depth of experience within the Welsh social housing sector and will use that experience to drive forward our new Customer Experience Strategy as well as support me in delivering our new Corporate Plan. I am really looking forward to working with her to help make a difference to all CCHA tenants.”

Kirsty brings over two decades of experience in the housing sector to the role, most recently as Director of Housing and Communities at Cynon Taf Community Housing Group. In this role, she oversaw a wide range of housing and property services, including maintenance, support services, and tenant engagement. Kirsty is passionate about ensuring that everyone has a safe and secure place to call home, and she is committed to creating strong, resilient communities.
