The company revealed its plans to introduce Box 12 in February 2025, a dynamic, boxing-inspired workout space.
This will provide a high-intensity workout, combining functional training with the excitement of boxing.
The circuit-based workout will be powered by virtual coaching screens, offering a comprehensive fitness experience for members of all ages and fitness levels.
DLL said that Box 12 will deliver results through high-intensity, skill-based training, using innovative technology.
In addition to Box 12, DLL will introduce power-assisted exercise technology to its customers in spring.
The Innerva Toning Tables are designed for those looking to improve their muscular strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness, but who require a low-impact workout.
The tables are ideal for all ages and abilities, particularly those not ready for a full gym environment.
Those looking for a friendly and social setting can benefit from group sessions.
Club Rhyl members will also be able to take their high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to the next level with the arrival of Studio X.
This specially designed space incorporates body weight exercises and state-of-the-art Technogym equipment.
A new cardio area will also be introduced, featuring a range of Excite Live equipment, including the latest ‘Skillups’.
Jamie Groves, managing director of DLL, said: “We have been thrilled with the feedback on the first phase of the Club Rhyl development, which included the groundbreaking Studio 360 and Refuel station, and the next phase will see even more truly innovative activities coming to Club Rhyl, taking customers’ fitness experience to a whole new level.
“In addition to delivering the very best facilities for our customers, we are confident these investments will secure the future of Club Rhyl for many years to come.”
DLL is continuing to invest in its leisure facilities after the launch of a successful new junior fitness experience in Prestatyn Leisure.
Club Rhyl has also been recognised as one of the best clubs in the UK at the recent UK Active Awards.
Mr Groves added: “In true DLL style, we are revolutionising training at Club Rhyl and taking our member’s experience to a new level.
“These three new elements will be in place by February 2025 and combined with the innovative Studio 360 and Club Cycle studio, this will truly put Club Rhyl on the map across the UK.”
