The survey was launched ahead of Small Business Saturday, which runs on December 7.
Shadow minister for economy and energy Samuel Kurtz MS said: “Small Business Saturday is an excellent opportunity for people the length and breadth of Wales to shop locally and support your high street and for lawmakers to reflect on how best to nurture the local economy.
“The Welsh Conservatives have a plan to revitalise our highstreets with a kick-starter fund for small businesses enabling councils to directly support starts-ups with funding and local mentors, along with reforming business rates and restoring the tax relief that Labour cut.
“But we want to know from you how else we can best support local Welsh businesses, so we would encourage you to let us know what you think through our Small Business Saturday survey.”
