Cardiff-based electric vehicle (EV) solutions provider FleetEV is giving back this Christmas by supporting charity partner, the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity.
Recognising the difficulties faced by children in hospital during the festive season, FleetEV has donated £500 worth of Christmas presents for children at Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital.
Alongside the donation, Paul Boote, Corporate Sales Specialist at FleetEV, dressed up as Santa for a jolly visit in IKEA earlier in the month, accompanied by Customer Success Specialist, Adam Phippen, as his elf.
The Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity strives to make the hospital a less frightening and more familiar place for children, as well as supporting their families and fostering a caring and nurturing environment, especially during the holidays. The charity raises funds for specialist medical equipment and facilities to be provided to the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital for Wales, helping to ensure the best treatment and outcomes possible for its young patients.
FleetEV focuses on helping organisations transition to electric vehicles through comprehensive leasing, salary sacrifice, and fleet solutions tailored to diverse client needs. They have supported Noah’s Ark for many years as CEO and Founder Jarrad Morris has a personal connection to the charity, as his nephew received treatment there as a child.
Jarrad said: “The Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity makes an incredible difference to the young patients at the Children’s Hospital for Wales, and I can personally vouch for that. It’s a charity that is very close to my heart.
“The Christmas season can be especially difficult for children in hospital, so we wanted to give back and ensure that the Christmas magic could be spread as much as possible to everyone the charity supports.”
Lucy Jones, Head of Fundraising and Development at the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity, said: “At the Noah’s Ark Charity we aim to make hospital stays a little less daunting for our young patients. Thanks to the generosity of FleetEV we can ensure that no child misses out on the magic of Christmas despite being in hospital. We are incredible grateful to FleetEV for their incredibly kind donation which enables us to brighten the days of both the patients and families we support during the festive season.”
