A leading Midlands-based legal firm, has announced its expansion into Wales through the acquisition of David Prosser, a well-established law practice in Bridgend.
This strategic move marks a significant milestone in Davisons Law’s growth strategy and extends its reach beyond its traditional Midlands stronghold.
The acquired firm has been rebranded as DP Law and will operate under the Davisons Group banner, joining the firm’s growing network of offices across the Midlands, London, and the Cotswolds.

The acquisition, which was completed in the autumn, brings the total number of Davisons Group offices to 17. All existing staff from David Prosser have been retained, ensuring continuity of service for current clients while benefiting from the resources and expertise of the larger Davisons Group.
