AerFin Earns Great Place to Work® Certification

This prestigious award is based entirely on feedback from colleagues about their experience working at AerFin. The results revealed that 77 percent of colleagues agreed with the Great Place to Work® statement, with trust scores and pride in working for AerFin reaching 80 percent, a sense of people caring about each other topping 86 percent, and perceptions of fairness exceeding 90 percent.
