Winners Celebrated at WCNW Chamber’s Annual Ball & Recognition Awards 2024

Date:

West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce hosted more than 350 guests at their Annual Ball & Recognition Awards.

This year’s event, themed around Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, was sponsored by Ellis & Co.

Returning as host was journalist and broadcaster, Sian Lloyd. The awards ceremony featured ten categories with over 100 entries.

Following the awards, guests participated in a Wonka-themed raffle, purchasing specially crafted chocolates sponsored by KingKabs, with proceeds benefiting North Wales Air

Ambulance. An auction followed, with additional prizes contributed by the local business community. In total, the evening raised £10,426 for North West Air Ambulance, whose life-saving services provide critical care to patients across the region.

Chamber CEO Sarah Bailey said:

“The awards allowed us to recognise the remarkable achievements of our members. With over 100 entries this year, our judges faced the challenge of selecting winners from an outstanding pool of nominees. Congratulations to our winners, and heartfelt thanks to our sponsors, whose support makes this event possible.

“A huge thank you to everyone who donated prizes and to all our guests for their generosity. Your support directly benefits this incredible charity and makes a real impact in our community. It’s been a fantastic evening, bringing together so many people to celebrate what it means to be part of the Chamber. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event unforgettable.”
