CF10, the organisation that provides Cardiff and Vale College’s coffee shops, canteens, shops, Subway and venue hire, has been rated as one of the Top 35 Best Companies to Work for in the UK in the Leisure and Hospitality category.
CF10 was placed 32nd in the Leisure and Hospitality category and 96th in the overall Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work for in the UK list. It was also recognised as a “Good to Watch” company, achieving an overall Good rating.
The high-profile awards involve banks, Premiership football clubs, hotels and companies of all sectors and sizes gaining a place on the list as one of the UK’s Best Companies to Work For. It recognises a company’s commitment to its employees and local community.
A profile of CF10 on the Best Companies website note the company’s commitment to the wellbeing and professional development of its staff. It also highlights CF10’s community engagement, including providing local charities with food parcels, fundraising for cancer charities and delivering thousands of free breakfasts to CAVC learners and sponsoring youth sports.
