The Cardiff office of national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has achieved top-tier rankings once again in the 2025 edition of the Chambers and Partners Guide.
The office has retained a Band 2 ranking for its social housing offering, and Band 3 for banking and finance in the guide which recognises leading firms and legal advisers.
The office also celebrated a new entry for its work in real estate which is ranked in Band 4.
In the individual rankings Vicky Kells retained Band 1 for social housing and added a Band 3 listing for her work in real estate. Fraser MacRae retained Band 2 in social housing and Bethan Evans retained Band 3 in banking and finance while there was a new entry for Clare Gregory in Band 3 for real estate.
Nationally, the firm is ranked in 29 practice areas across its seven regional offices, with four practice areas achieving the top Band 1 ranking in the guide. Clarke Willmott’s lawyers are recognised in 63 individual rankings with eight Band 1 rankings.
