National property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has launched its first Wales office in Cardiff.
The firm has taken space at Desg in Pontcanna, whilst it continues to service its growing client base in and around the city.
Rhys Griffiths, who recently joined Sanderson Weatherall as Partner, will run the office. Rhys brings with him 15 years’ experience in the local property market, having previously worked at DTZ and Cushman and Wakefield in Cardiff, as well as Monmouthshire County Council as Estates Management Surveyor.
David Rastrick, Chief Operating Officer at Sanderson Weatherall, said:
“We are thrilled to be launching our first office in Wales and to have Rhys on board to lead on expanding our services in the capital and across South Wales.
“Over recent years we have been heavily investing in our expansion across the South West and due to the success of that launching in Cardiff is a natural step for us.
“We have an incredibly talented team of surveyors in the area and a rapidly growing client base who will benefit from our presence in Cardiff.”
Owned and run by a group of commercial property experts, Sanderson Weatherall provides property consultancy services for owners, occupiers, investors, developers and financial advisors of property and associated assets.
