Wales to play Jamaica in Neath before World Cup qualifiers

Date:

Wales men’s rugby league side are set to take on Jamaica at the Gnoll in Neath on Tuesday, 15 October.

The match will be a warm-up for John Kear’s side ahead of their 2026 World Cup qualifying campaign.

Wales play Serbia in Carcassonne on Tuesday, 22 October, with the winners facing either France or Ukraine.

That game will be played on Saturday, 26 October in Perpignan, with the winner qualifying for the World Series in 2025 and taking a step closer to qualifying for the World Cup in Australia the following year.

Wales have only played one international since the 2022 World Cup, and will perform on Welsh soil for the first time since 2018.
