Firms given top marketing advice at Wales and Borders Business Club events – Tindle News

Date:

Businesses from all over Wales and the borders were briefed on the best ways of reaching new customers with their marketing spend during our exclusive series of free advertising events.

Hosted by Tindle Newspapers Wales and The Borders, the Business Growth events enabled companies to find out about the latest marketing opportunities offered across a range of media, including print and digital.

Commercial teams from our trusted local news brands were able to meet and engage with local businesses, offering them new and innovative marketing ideas on how to engage and connect with more customers in the coming year.

Guests could join the region’s Business Club, giving them access to discounted prices for advertising campaigns over an extended period to plan future marketing activity at an agreed level.

The 2024 business growth events, presented by Evolve Media Sales global marketing expert Nick Shaw, took place at key locations including The Angel Hotel in Abergavenny, Peterstone Court in Brecon and Park Lodge Hotel in Aberystwyth.

Paul Higman, Sales Director for Tindle Newspapers Wales and The Borders, said: “Thank you to all the business representatives who attended and made this year’s events such a success.

“It was great to again work with Evolve Media Sales for a second year and provide such insightful sessions.

“We have explained how businesses can enhance their marketing campaigns with new and innovative solutions and included talks by current advertisers about the success they are experiencing with their multimedia advertising across our platforms.

“Just as in 2023, we have enjoyed every moment of engaging with our local business communities and the whole team has been overwhelmed at the positive responses from our many new Business Club members.”

Nick Shaw said: “This year we yet again received an overwhelming response from the local business community with so many business owners and entrepreneurs reserving a seat at one of our free Business Growth events.

“This year’s presentation focused on how local businesses can thrive in this ever-changing digital environment, with insights into AI and how driving digital engagement has never been more important.

“The Tindle Wales & Borders Business Club membership opportunity for 2024 offered businesses a unique multimedia marketing solution that guaranteed to drive digital engagement and save them up to 80% on their marketing campaign for the year ahead.

“In what is a period of unprecedented change for how businesses and customers are engaging with each other, it was a pleasure to be able to share new ideas and marketing techniques with the hundreds of local businesses, and we are already looking forward to bringing more insightful business growth solutions in 2025.”
