When it comes to fashion week, observing how others have taken trends and made it their own is always a highlight. For Milan Fashion Week, Hypebeast was on the ground to capture some of the most sought-after and best footwear trends for the Spring/Summer 2025 menswear season. Sneakers continued to reign supreme, specifically collaborations.
Collaborations like the Bode x Nike Astro Grabber was a highlight find during the week. Considered one of the more highly-anticipated sneakers released this year, the collaboration as a whole sold out within hours, with many waiting online to buy the collaborative shoe at retail. Drake’s NOCTA x Nike Hot Step 2 “Total Orange” brightened up the sneakers seen during the week. Due to Drake’s stamp of approval, the shoe has garnered great attention, slowly becoming another popular Nike model. In other collabs, the Wales Bonner x adidas collaboration continues to be a popular find. From the Runnersupers to the Sambas, the Wales Bonner collaboration is quickly becoming a staple in the rotation. The Comme des GARÇONS x New Balance Edition 610S sneakers also made an appearance as well as colorful Salomons and other classic New Balance silhouettes like the 990. Sperry boat shoes are seeing a comeback, but it remains to be seen if the popularity will grow.
