A Cardiff-based finance group is expanding into the Midlands with a key appointment.
John Maude has been appointed by Cornerstone Finance Group to lead its Commercial Finance business in the Midlands region. He will have responsibility for growing both the team and client base.
The appointment will see Cornerstone Commercial Finance extend its reach from Wales and the South West of England into the Midlands area.
John has more than 36 years of experience in finance, including leading teams in both the business and commercial banking fields. He started his career at RBS, which later became NatWest, where he spent 30 years in leadership. He recently held the role of Regional Managing Director – Midlands, South West and Wales, followed by 18 months as Head of Business Banking Portfolio Management.
John said:
